Join Phil as he revisits this food mecca. Sit down with him for a home-cooked meal at chef Nancy Silverton’s Umbrian home where he indulges his inner caveman, roasting gargantuan steaks over hot flames and serving them up “barbarian style.” (Originally aired 2015)

those prawns looks beautiful and so are the sardines!
Lovely episode!
St. Sebastian is looking up to heaven and has complete confidence in his Catholic faith. I believe that's why he's depicted as being indifferent about the tortures being inflicted on him.
I love that so much!!
Absolutely beautiful💕💕💕
It’s unfortunate that chef Fabio Picchi had since passed away at the age of 67. Such characters that always left us and the world too soon.
21:12 the worst comedian in the world! Amazing
Your growing on me Phil🎉.
Thanks for the great Video 👍.
Ah you found your friends💗.
JO JO IN VT 💞
Unbelievable that there are people in the world that insist there's no GOD…….
Phil gives me the creeps….enough with the kissing
It makes sense Phil wrote for Everybody Loves Raymond. This guy is Raymond.
That was hands down one of the best, inspirational, emotional videos I have watched in a long time!! God bless you, that was awesome
Bravo, this was beautiful!😀🇮🇹
Ice cream was first made in China. Marco Polo brought it to Europe and Italy refined the ice cream.
I love Phil! Thank you for sharing this video. ✈️😎♥️👍🥘
This host is great. Very funny. I’ll be in Florence next September! Thanks for helping to scout it out for me!
Is this the same guy who dissed Japanese food as being weird?

Wow, what an excellent show.
Man, this brings back memories. Last summer, on a whim, I flew from Thessaloniki to Rome. Unashamedly bored–and repulsed by the oppressive profusion of tourists–after only a couple of days, I took the train to Florence. My Airbnb was a two-minute walk from the Duomo! On my third or fourth day, I went on a winery tour that took us through Dario's stomping grounds. He wasn't there when we arrived but, as we were about to leave, he pulls up driving his own truck. Well, I just purposefully walked up to him, greeted him in Italian and held out my hand, and we shook hands like old mates. He thanked us for coming and graciously posed for photographs. (Carne!!) A couple days later, I spent at least six hours seeing everything in the Uffizi, and being moved to tears when I laid eyes upon the main piece of art I was there to admire–Primavera. I wouldn't have to think twice about moving there. 🙌💯😊
Love your shows Phil! Everyone involved and everywhere you film are a joy to watch! 😊
Italy is a great place to visit or to live if you are independently wealthy. So much history and diversity between the regions makes it a very interesting place to explore even for those of us who understand the language and the country's many persistent problems.
Traveling with you would be bliss for me,tearing up while eating gelato is an authentic response to pure beauty and perfection! Thanks for the inspiration.
Do you ever host any tours? To get to do as you did here in Florence Italy, would be the best holiday ever.
Phil, you look exactly like your mom
This was a super awesome show!!! ❤❤❤
Perfect.. what a world it would be if this passion and respect for life infused the world..
