This is an easy peasy recipe, ideal also for vegetarians and vegans. Delight your guests by serving these biscuits accompanied by a glass of good red or white wine.
INGREDIENTS
360gr of flour
90gr of white sugar
8gr of baking powder
100ml of red or white wine
100ml of sunflower or other seed oil
Salt
PREPARATION
Mix flour, with sugar, baking powder, sunflower oil and wine together. Add a pinch of salt. Work the dough with your hands. When the dough is homogeneous and no longer sticky, you can start making the biscuits.
Make little rolls of dough and join them together to create small doughnut shapes. Coat each biscuit with white sugar on either side before place them onto the baking tray.
Cook the biscuits for 20 minutes at 180C (355F) in a static oven.
