Christina being upset at the end really showed how much she cared and wanted to do better, even though she was the best chef this season. Clemenza laughing at someone else and pointing out how bad another person is doing shows how ego can get in the way for a lot of people.
That clip at the end really shows the difference between being top-tier and being good or mediocre. Christina has standards for herself that Dana just doesn't have for herself.

You know, when you think about it, Christina was on the same level of Gordon Ramsay when he used to be the protege of Marco Pierre White. He had successes and failures before even owning his first restaurant, but much like Christina, he was learning and growing to be a great chef. And I think that was part of the reason why Christina won and even became his sous chef.
