Ingredients:

25- cloves roasted garlic
1-3lb chuck tender roast
1-.6 oz packet zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1-tablespoon dried oregano
1-cup sliced pepperoncini
1/4-cup of pepperoncini juice
1-cup giardiniera that’s been drained
2.5-cups beef broth NOTE: giardiniera comes in hot or mild, the mild has very little spice but a lot of flavor

Method:

Rinse roast and put into crockpot add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hrs or high for 5-6 hrs.

Shred roast with a fork, then mix well. To serve place beef on your favorite bread or roll or even build a beef bowl and enjoy!
