Italian mulled wine recipe
☆Ingredients:
1 bottle of strong red wine (750 ml)
150 g of sugar
1 orange
1 lemon
Spices: star anise (2), cloves (8) and 2 sticks of cinnamon.

☆ Steps:
1. Pour the wine, add sugar, orange and lemon rinds and the spices
2. Start heating it up at medium fire and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved
4. Wait until it starts simmering and lit up with a match or lighter
5. Let the fire out.
5. Serve it warm, filtering out the spices

apple crêpes recipe (6-8 portions)
☆Ingredients for crêpes :
100g of pastry flour
250ml whole-fat milk
2 eggs
25g butter
powdered sugar

☆ Steps:
1. Sift the flour in a bowl and add the eggs and a small part of the milk
2. Whit a whisk start mixing milk and flour to a thick batter without clumps
3. Add the remaining milk step by step, mixing every time until the batter has no clumps
4. Melt the butter and add it to the batter mixing it well
5. Heat a non-stick pan, coat it with some butter and cook the pancakes. Keep them warm separately.

☆Ingredients for apple filling:
400g of apples (about 3 small apples)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
175ml of water
100g of sugar
1 lemon

☆ Steps:
1. In a small pan add the water and the sugar and cook at medium heat until the sugar is dissolved
2. Add the cinnamon, the lemon rind and the half lemon juice, then cook until the sauce starts to thicken
3. Peal and slice the apples and add them to the warm sauce
4. Keep cooking at medium hear until the apples are soft and the sauce thickens again
5. Fill 1/4 of each crepe with the apples and fold it like a pizza slice
6. Garnish with the left over sauce and powdered sugar

意式热红酒
☆食材:
1瓶红酒(750毫升)
150克糖
一个橙子
一个柠檬
香料:八角2颗,丁香8粒和2根肉桂。

☆步骤:
1. 倒入葡萄酒,加入白砂糖、橙子皮、柠檬皮和香料
2. 用中火加热,搅拌直到糖完全溶解
4. 等到红酒开始冒热气后,用火柴或打火机点燃
5. 搅拌让火灭去
5. 过滤掉香料和果皮,趁热饮用

苹果可丽饼(6-8份)
☆可丽饼配料:
100克面粉
250毫升全脂牛奶
2个鸡蛋
25克黄油
糖粉

☆步骤:
1. 面粉过筛到碗里,加入鸡蛋和一小部分牛奶
2. 把牛奶和面粉混合
3.将剩下的牛奶分次加入,每次搅拌直到面糊
4. 把黄油融化,加入面糊中搅拌均匀
5. 烧热不粘锅,涂上黄油,摊可丽饼。
6. 记得制作好的可丽饼要盖起来,保温。

☆苹果馅食材:
400克苹果(约3个小苹果)
半茶匙肉桂
175毫升的水
100克的白砂糖糖
1柠檬

☆步骤:
1. 在一个小锅里加入水和糖,用中火加热直到糖溶解
2. 加入肉桂、柠檬皮和半只柠檬的汁,煮至酱汁开始变稠
3.把苹果削成薄片,加入热酱汁中
4. 继续用中火煮,直到苹果变软,酱汁再次变稠
5. 在每个薄饼里放四分之一的苹果,然后折叠起来
6. 用剩下的酱汁和糖粉装饰
