Weird History Food is going to pick up the check on this one with some Chain Restaurant Facts. There’s a certain level of comfort when diners walk into a popular American food chain. No matter where patrons travel throughout the US, they know that entering a chain restaurant titan will provide them with the same menu, food, and service they experience back home. Establishments like Olive Garden, Waffle House, Applebee’s, T.G.I. Friday’s, Outback Steakhouse, and others take pride in providing diners with consistent atmospheres no matter where life takes them.

waffle house is still the wildest of all
Interesting… thank you! 🔗
If you live in SoCal, the fact about The Cheesecake Factory means that the location at the Topanga mall has the “freshest” cheesecake
You guys just HAD to mention ribs to me… 🤤
I'm probably significantly in the minority here, but I HATED the Chili's baby back ribs ditty. Stupid and annoying, to me, anyway.
The Denny's segment reminded me of when they bought out Jojo's and converted most of them. The Jojo's down the street from me made fresh rolls and breads (SO good!), and they served up a chicken noodle soup that, to this day, was the best I've ever eaten.
RIP, Jojo's, you ARE missed….
the history of lollipops would be good
2:35 if you it'll come out scattered and splattered
….larry the cable guy
Olive Garden sends not cooks to Tuscany.
Since you rarely hear anyone say "IHOP" and "International House of Pancakes" during the same conversation, I didn't realize they were the same place till I was like 28. My city only has one IHOP and I didn't know it existed til I was drunk and everyone wanted to go… at 3AM. Drunk revelations, no matter how stupid, blow your fucking mind!
Huddle House > Waffle House
Honestly did NOT expect to see the “Dennys Grand Slamdance” video LMFAOOOO
My fellow commenters. I want to know what you think of the writing and jokes recently.
Worked at waffle house as a waitress and a cook and not gonna lie i dont ever wanna eat their food ever again lol
No contest, Cheesecake Factory hands down. 2nd place isn't even close.
Oh my that Cilis *NSYNC 🎙️baby back ribs commercial lives rent free in my brain 🧠. Hhahahahah I was like 7/8yrs old when I first saw that commercial talk about nostalgia 😂
Detroit Coney Island>waffle House
👊🏻🖕🏻🤟🏻💯🇦🇱🤣
Damn it. I know I'm an asshole for this. But as soon as I didn't here that soothing Steve Colbert-esque voice, I paused to type this and I'm going to watch something else. It's not her fault! He soothes my anxiety….
RIP to the hobbit menu at dennys. Best tie in ever. Won’t ever watch the movie or go back to dennys since it left us
Do video on "Buffett style" restaurants – how Las Vegas was the Buffett King in America
There are barely any waffle houses in the Midwest 😂
The only good one is olive garden, the rest are shit
Have you thought about an episode about food containers? Like who did invent the pizza box?
Born and raised in Joplin Missouri here, I honestly heard about the Waffle House Index about 5 years before the tornado. It's interesting to know it wasn't an official thing before then. Still learning things about the day almost 13 years later
👍👍
Why do old people LOVE filet-o-fish? I swear its all they order
Family friendly is double speak for Anti-LGBTQA+, which was especially true of Cracker Barrel when Gay Rights groups protested that the restaurant refused to hire gay servers. Their retaliation was they would hire gays for the back of the house only because their a family restaurant.
what the fck is up Denny’s is the absolute perfect clip to place in their segment
Those are not my favourite restaurants 😀
Vermont really is South Quebec, huh
WHAT THE FUCK IS UP DENNYS
