I'm eating slices of toasted thin crispy Finnish rye bread with butter, grana padano cheese, thinly sliced medium rare sirloin roast, dijon mustard, creme fraiche and chinese cabbage. Washing them down with some cheap but excellent Argentinian organic malbec.
