You will love this delicious and crunchy version of biscotti. Giulia uses both hazel nuts and almonds in this recipe to add extra flavor and assurance that each bite will be chock full of nuts!! Enjoy.

  1. What is the board contraption that u use to mix the dough, that looks like a great baking item…soo helpful, but it is great for pie crusts…thanks for the video

  2. Thanks for the compliment on the baking board. I never expected to get comments on that as well. I love it as well.

  3. Hello Sophia,
I am working on that project. Hope to have recipes available soon. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them. Thanks for watching!

  4. What a great recipe! I know they are going to be delicious! Can't wait to try your recipe. Just a tip that has saved me from ruining the ingredients. When I crack the eggs do it in a cup first before adding to the recipe  in case you get a bad egg. Thanks for sharing can't wait to read and watch your other videos. .

  5. Giulia…..I really enjoy your videos…..I feel like I'm in the kitchen with my grandmother when I watch! I wish that you would do videos more frequently! I'm wondering if your husband might be willing to share a list of materials and the dimensions of the wooden board he made you. It looks like the perfect thing to work on. Also….could you tell me the kind/brand of scale you are using in the video? Thanks!

  6. Why don't you use your stand mixer??? With all due respect, that's ridiculous! This is 2018! That's crazy

  7. Sue Moore, most great cooks or bakers do not use electric mixers, has to do with ingredients getting hot, but why does it bother you so much. When and if you make her biscotti, use a mixers. So much fuss over a simple matter!

  8. Holy crow doesn’t that dough look good. I have got to try these. My mouth is watering.

  9. Great looking biscotti! I'm gonna try with the hazelnuts…it's a great flavor! Nice job, Giulia! ♡♡♡
