I fly United and Southwest the most and have had TSA Pre check and CLEAR for years. Really like it and yes, my credit card has that perk as well. If you fly fairly frequently I think it’s great to have both.

We have Global Entry, which includes TSA prechceck. Always wonder what Clear is and does that Global Entry doesn't.
It’s always been faster with Clear and TSA pre check no matter which airport for us.
good to have both Clear and TSA precheck.. not all airports have Clear

That’s odd to me that Delta is laying off workers at the airports versus their actual corporate employees to increase their earnings. The workers at the airports would be super important for passengers. And their reputation as being efficient.

I have never done clear as often I have peope with me that are not members and so you end up waiting anyway. Probably Gordon should sign up too.

We flew Delta from Toronto to Honolulu with a stop in Minneapolis and we were very happy with their service on the ground and in the air. If you fly Air Canada just once you will se the divergence! Enjoy your Carnival cruise. It will be different but I know you will enjoy all the good things Carnival offers. I also cannot wait to see the new Sun Princess through your eyes. My husband will not travel somewhere cold in February unfortunately 10:47
Welcome to Miami, you know I live here and I see the cruise ships from my condo downtown. Have a great time on Carnival, you know Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean all started here in Miami. In fact Royal Caribbean’s original office was in a office trailer on the port of Miami and Carnival’s original office was located on Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami in a small building. That building has since been torn down and a condo tower stands and its place. Also enjoy the inside stateroom. I’ve been on so many cruises and when balconies were invented I insisted, on getting a balcony but as time went on I’ve just gone with the flow and I’ve actually enjoyed staying in inside staterooms. Not only can you save money by staying in an inside but I actually found that I sleep better since there’s absolutely no light coming into the room and I am apparently a light sleeper. Have a great trip and I’m looking forward to seeing your videos about the Carnival experience.
Had to take my shoes off at Vancouver Airport. My TSA precheck did not work there. Maybe its only good in the USA. Maybe someone knows the answer.

Concerning the stockholder credit, I submitted mine today on the Princess website. I went under pre-cruise arrangements, and there was a link. I filled out the form and scanned in the documents and uploaded them. We got an email response below:
Your Carnival Corporation Shareholder Form has been submitted.
You have successfully submitted your Carnival Corporation Shareholder request. Standard processing time is approximately four to six weeks from date of receipt.
We agree with you 💯% about NOT sharing personal banking/investment information unless absolutely necessary! We'll continue to submit our shareholder info the old way until that's no longer accepted by the cruise lines.
I just emailed my stock statement 2 weeks ago. They added it to all my upcoming trips. Not just the trip I was applying it on. I will not use the app.
My princess planner provided me with the "Carnival Corporation & plc shareholder benefit request form". I submitted with my shareholder holdings (blacked out except for CCL). The benefit was submitted to my booking the same day. Now that is fast!
That’s really cool info about the Sun Princess being on sea trials. So excited about that trip. We’re into the double digits in days away from that one!

Last week, we submitted our shareholder info to Princess the old-fashioned way (via email) after 5pm on Oct. 31. Our obc was processed and completed the following morning. So easy!
Also important to note that besides blacking our other holdings and account numbers, be sure to black out your access code as that gives access to your Sunny’s, as well.

Given the likelihood they are in the middle of a data breach, with scammers contacting people asking for money after a cruise, I would NOT want to give them more personal information! Wow, thanks so much for this video. It is the first I've heard of the app, but it sounds like it is overreaching in the data it wants to collect. They don't need my banking information to verify I'm a stockholder.
I work for a financial company and just so everyone knows, email is not considered safe unless it is a secure email that is opened with a password. Fax is considered safe. Email is more easily hacked, I guess. Maybe if using email, like Allison says, just give the info they need.

I have had Pre check since 2018 and now Global Entry for 18 months (includes TSA Pre). In general, it is very timely. My home airport is Phoenix, and my standing record through Security is 90 seconds. I often go to San Diego and have had some Pre check woes at one of the security checkpoints. One of TSA guys commented to me that since Covid, they have had a difficult time getting workers, because many prefer to work from home, and that is not an option for TSA. If they don't have enough workers, they give the Pre check people a card that they can keep their shoes on but then send them through the regular line so have to remove liquids and electronics, like the regular people. The last time I was there a couple of weeks ago, they gave a different card so at least I could leave my liquids and electronics in the bag.
We will be on the sun Princess Nov of 24, can’t wait, so excited
