Chef Andrea Chiriatti , a talented emerging culinary star from Florence’s most renowned restaurants (Connaught Hotel in London, Osteria Porca Vacca) and Milan( the Second chef for Renzo Neve for the Giorgio Armani S.p.a. and Teatro 7) was lured to helm Gold and Pepper. Chef Chiriatti is known to be a passionate de-constructivist and re-inventor of Authentic Italian cuisine which he coins “An Evolution Of Italian Cuisine”.
Chef Andrea honors the breadth of traditional authentic Italian cuisine by bringing wholesome cooking from all regions of Italy to showcase dishes that revolve around fresh, local ingredients and precious edible Gold. His golden touch will “WOW” diners and allow them to experience the wealth of his flair, such as his to-die-for signature 23 karat gold ravioli, infused with a smooth veloute ricotta.
