Search for:



▫️Cut the tomatoes into halves.

▫️Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Place 1 garlic clove and 1 tsp of dried chili pepper in the heated oil. Allow the oil to soak up the flavors.

▫️Add the tomatoes, salt well and simmer for a couple minutes to allow the juice to release. Afterward, remove the garlic from the pan.

▫️Add the pasta to the sauce, chopped herbs and mix thoroughly.

▫️When serving, do not forget to sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
