Ingredients/Measurements:

Ground beef (1 Pound)
Italian sausage (1 Pound)
Ground Turkey (1/2 Pound)
1 box of Lasagna Noodles
2 cans of crushed Tomato Sauce (28oz)
Tomato Paste 6oz
Onion (1 whole onion chopped)
Fresh Garlic (6 garlic cloves)
Olive oil
Ricotta cheese
1 Egg
Fresh Parsley
Fresh dill
Fresh basil
Parmesan Cheese
Shredded Sharp Chedder Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Italian Seasoning or poultry Seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Sugar 1-2 tablespoons
Beef Broth (1 Cup)
Water (3 Cups)

Start by removing the casing off of the Italian sausage
First we are going to start cooking the meat sauce. In a hot pan over medium heat add in some olive oil and add in the beef, sausage, and ground Turkey. Season the meat with salt, pepper, thyme, Italian Seasoning and garlic Powder. Mix all ingredients together and break down the meat and Continue to cook until it’s evenly brown all the way through. Once the meat is brown add in the onion and garlic and combine all ingredients together and cook for a few minutes or until the onions are soft. Once the onions are soft add in one 6oz can of tomato paste and 2 Cans to crushed tomato sauce (28oz each). Pour in 3 cups of water and one cup of beef broth. Mix together and season the sauce with Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, onion Powder, and garlic Powder and mix until well combined. Add in 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix into the sauce until well incorporated. Add in 3 bay Leaves and chop up some fresh dill and add that to the sauce as well. Chop up some fresh basil and some fresh Parsley and add it to the meat sauce and mix until well incorporated. Let the meat sauce simmer for 1-2 hours or until sauce thickens. When the sauce thickens remove the bay leaves from the meat sauce.
Now we are going to partially cook our noodles no need to boil them because the noodles will continue to cook in the oven. In a pan add in one box of Lasagna noodles and with take your pot or a bowl and fill it up with hot tap water as hot as you can get it and cover your Lasagna noodles completely with hot water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes or until the noodles are Aldente once they are slightly soft but still firm remove the noodles from the water and they are ready.
Now we are going to start our ricotta Cheese mixture
In a bowl dump in 1 container (28oz) of Ricotta Cheese, add in some chopped fresh Parsley, add in 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, 1 egg, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and mix until well combined.

Now we are going to start Layering our Lasagna

In a 9×13 inch pan or a deep Lasagna pan
Start off with the first Layer scoop in the meat sauce on the bottom of the pan and spread out evenly. Next add the Lasagna noodles and then add the ricotta Cheese mixture, next add shredded mozzarella cheese, add fresh chopped Parsley, and chopped dill mixed with grated parmesan cheese
Second layer add Lasagna noodles, then meat sauce, shredded sharp chedder Cheese, and fresh chopped Parsley,
Third layer add pasta noodles, ricotta Cheese, meat sauce, parmesan Cheese mixed with dill, shredded chedder Cheese, and shredded mozzarella Cheese, and some Parsley
4th and last layer
Add Lasagna noodles, meat sauce, shredded chedder Cheese, shredded mozzarella Cheese, chopped basil, top it off with Parmesan Cheese
Cover with Aluminum foil and cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove the aluminum foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes on 350. You can also broil the Lasagna for 5 minutes but be careful not to burn. Once the top is Golden brown and crispy remove from the oven and let it cool down for 15-20 minutes before cutting into it and enjoy!
