I’ll show you a condo that is a haven for digital nomads and retirees, then we’ll see an INSANE villa perfect to rent if you have a big group, and some money! It’s on what’s known locally at Millionaire Mile. Last, I’ll show you where we stayed, and really nice medium sized villa in an amazing location that would be perfect for a family getaway.

  1. Chris What happened to the cool dude making cool Thai videos. Channel has gotten so boring. Seems all your videos now are about growing your empire driving people to your real estate offices and to your travel tour company. I liked the guy that did not care about making money.

  2. HOMA is way too tiny to get comfy in. This isn't HK or Japan too. The other 2 villas are simply exquisite. I am not sure I can afford them in my dreams

  3. Hi Chris, I enjoyed watching your video. The Homa Digital Nomad bedroom is too small. I preferred the Villa, the last house you are staying at. It is big and spacious. The design it nice. Thanks for sharing this very informative video.

  4. Thailand wants to attract more affluent people and so called digital nomads, so RW4U selection is relevant

  5. Can Someone Help me in getting thai marriage visa (i married a thai lady last week but i don’t have 400,000 baht to show in bank) or visa extension for 15 months ? the agents in bangkok are asking for too much money , nearly 50k,60k for 15 month extension on my visa

  6. That 1,000/ mo condo seems very suspicious. I am not sure that this is actually real..

  7. I went to the website check out a 37 day stay in a standard studio is and guess what the "hot deal" price offered is? Baht123000????? Not Baht23000 but Baht100000 extra??? than listed in this video by Homa. What gives?

  8. Homa in Phuket is charging over market. You can get bigger for less with a long pool and a gym. I have to laugh – Homa wants to create a commune atmosphere for footloose 20 to 30 somethings, but the residents are basically a domesticated herd. They plan to milk contented cows. It's a good idea, really.
