if u want a similar green sauce…. 6 jalapenos 4 serranos 1/2 onion 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp salt 1 lime (optional) 1 cup of vegetable or canola oil put 2 tbsp of the oil in pan and brown peppers. when peppers are browned add onion, garlic, salt and cook until onions are slightly browned then set aside to cool or just throw into blender as well as the oil from the pan. then slowly add the rest of the oil while blending until it looks like in the video…there's no avocado in it but u can definitely add some
