I remember when Gordon came over where I lived and was showing people how to make burgers and pizza a sort of demo thing where a bunch of people were up cooking in front of everyone and I was one of them, he a great guy and I remember I put way too much cheese on my pizza and he was like “fuck me you wanna clog up thier insides or have them shot out cheese sticks?”

Ones of not many restaurant runners, who have actually managed to keep the business going and not fall off the track. Gordon always does a great job but not everyone just keep track of things that play most significant roles in business. My total respect👏
