    pasta = 4 cups of flour and 8 eggs. mixed and form into a pasta ball. rolled and spaghetti-ed with my kitchenaid (im too weak to roll out pasta. pasta grannies are ripped apparently lol)

    sauce = sautéed carrot, onion, celery, garlic, then add 2x whole tomato cans, bunch of tied herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage, bay leaves), butter and simmer for 3 hours. this will thicken the sauce and remove the acidity. salt and pepper to taste and add sugar to taste.

    meatballs = minced beef, parm cheese, salt, pepper, onion (diced), parsley, basil.

    all eyeballed, all to taste.

    edit: served 5 comfortably

    And pasta tossed with sauce and a tad of the water – some much more nummy looking. 🍴
