  1. Yaaay! So glad I could help with this episode, proud of you for not getting the spoon out for the tagliatelle!

  2. I was just in Italy and of course we ate the carbonara and the pizza and tiramisu. I’m not really into pizza but everything we ate was quality and fresh. Next time I go I definitely plan on eating more like a local though

  3. Food is ever evolving, tomatoes, coffee, potatoes and many’s other things come from the Americas, other parts of the world take ingredients reinvent them for their taste and what is available.

  4. The sardine dish looks unappealing and unappetizing. And hard to eat. And too many deep fried foods…

The Caponata looks like a real winner.

  5. The funny thing is that I hate eggplant, but I LOVE caponata! When its made well, its amazing with a crusty Italian bread and a glass of sangiovese.

  6. You should give food from Goa a try…and there just happens to be a new Goan restaurant opened in Tribeca. Love from Canada Beryl.

  7. Ohhh those artichokes are incredible.
Italy is one of those countries where every single thing you eat is amazing. Fantastico! ❤

  8. I’m surrounded by italian restaurants but I’ve never seen any of these dishes on the menu 🤔 I would order the artichoke, fennel salad and pasta ragu ❤

  9. Have you ever made perogies? I think you should make sauerkraut perogies and eat them with brown butter, bacon & onions and sour cream!
