I have been in Rome before Dear Alyssa very beautiful historical city for me and American People.😊😇🥰😍🤗
👋 Alyssa, How are you? We haven’t chat in a while. How was your weekend? How are you feeling mentally and physically? Are you a fan of Musical Theaters 🎭? If you are what your favs Broadway 🎭 Show? Mine favs is WICKED I’m looking forward to 2024 & 2025.
A popular Roman legend claims that a Duke Muzio Mattei, ruined by gambling, ordered the fountain to be built overnight in order to win the trust of the wealthy father of a woman he wished to marry. The next morning he opened the window of his palazzo and showed his future father in law the fountain. The father was impressed and allowed the marriage to go ahead, and the Duke, to remember the event, had the window overlooking the fountain closed up. A window closed by brick still overlooks the fountain.

We will be there in April abd can't wait to try the carciofi fried, Roman style and in a vignarola
Incidentally, the turtles were added a like century later, by GianLorenzo Bernini 🙂
My girlfriend and myself are coming over to Rome at the end of next month! We came over 3 years ago and fell in love with it. We are so freakin excited to come back again!!!! Hope you're keeping well!
Thanks for showing us this neighborhood. I never saw it on my previous visits to Rome and now I’ve added it to my list for my next visit. I’m not always able to explore Rome because my wife has lots of family there so we spend more time with family than as tourists.
Carciofi alla giudia
Nice videos, I will be coming to Rome sometime soon and need to brush up on its stories and your channel is great on the ground up close and enjoy it alot. If you need ideas for upcoming subject, one would be a short guide to italian pronunciations of major sights and places. Another is maybe boring but doesn't get much coverage is basic rome civic layout. where is government buildings and court houses, university, hospital, police hq etc. Rome is capitol city and there are a lot of government buildings from the 1870s, 1930s, 1950s that are pretty intersting.
Great video! Love this area and the food❤
We were there the weekend before Christmas. Had outside dinner just in front of Kosher Cakes. It was the most memorable Sunday afternoon in the Jewish Ghetto.
Great video! The historical anecdotes are so good. History is my passion and always enjoy a video that captures it. Love the fact about the Jewish museum resembling the ancient Jewish temple. I enjoyed walking around the Jewish quarter my last time in Rome. We will have to go to Nonna Betta when we are there this spring! Thanks again for your content!
I love this tour! So informative, with history and current status, and with FOOD. LOL Thank you!
