This weeks video is all about those dreaded moments when you realize you have to take something to a party. Chicken and waffles has been ALL the rage recently, so we decided to turn it into a bite sized version you can enjoy on a stick!

Ingredients you’ll need:
Chicken marinade:
– 3 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
– 1 cup of buttermilk
– 1 tbsp franks red hot sauce
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
Chicken breading
– flour
– breadcrumbs
– eggs
– Vegetable oil (to fry)
Sweet and Spicy Syrup
– 1/2 cup syrup
– 1 tbsp franks red hot sauce
Waffles…..
