  1. Years ago I would order lasagna at an Italian restaurant and they would have the eggs in theirs. My mother who was Italian never put eggs in hers (so I don't either), but I'm not knocking it, I'll give it a try. 😊

  2. My mother was from Campobasso and she always used hard boiled eggs. Also used to make her own handmade lasagna noodles.

  3. Boiled eggs in lasagna is not my thing, but I don't know why anyone would hassle you about it. That lasagna looks amazing by the way.

  4. Mamma (she's Florentine) always made a red sauce lasagna & a white sauce lasagna. We had a large family with different preferences. She just passed away this spring & I would give ANYTHING to have her here making her beautiful Italian food. #mysoulmate

  5. Try a little cream, ham, and peas in carbonara 😉 Don't worry, it's just a family preference! It's uniquely different, just like the lasagna!

  6. i mean, a lot of people forget that most italian pasta dishes are literally a combination of what you have in the fridge, dont over think it.

  7. I agree! I’ve added boiled eggs many times! I’m not Italian. I know I’ve seen people do it before. it’s a wonderful, hearty addition to any lasagne!

  8. Eggs are a great way to add protein. They’re used in Korean, Japanese, Mexican food…. 💯❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼⭐️🥇🎖️🏆🙌🏼

  9. I like it when she says ingredientszzz and flips her hair-she is attractive. BUT nooooo eggs in the lasagna for the love of Gawd please !!!!!
