    Just ordered the mini fan and charger. Thanks. Never knew about the free water or that from the ancient aqueducts! Cool. How do you travel with shampoo bar? Do you keep it in a plastic soap box once youโ€™ve used? Never even heard of a shampoo bar

    ย gli airbnb hanno causato:

    1. distruzione del tessuto sociale delle cittร .

    2. Insicurezza e rumore a tutte le ore della notte. I turisti tendono a usare la cittร  piรน di notte che di giorno (essendo anche che la maggior parte di chi usa gli airbnb persone giovani), invece i residenti normalmente la notte dormono per svegliarsi presto la mattina perchรฉ vanno a lavorare.

    3. Dal 55% – all 80% dei condimi sono diventati airbnb(alberghi diffusi).

    4. Spazzature abbandonate ad ogni angolo. I turisti hanno meno interesse e abitudine di una corretta raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.

    5. Aumentati i prezzi degli affitti destinati ai residenti e pochissimi in numero (in certe zone anche solo del 10%) impossibili da pagare.

    6. Prezzi aumentati per ogni prodotto, negozi, e addirittura nei supermercati delle zone invase dai turisti.

    7. Perdita di autenticitร  delle cittร , i turisti che arrivano si trovano a contatto solo con altri turisti, e non in contatto con la gente del posto.

    8. Gli airbnb oltre ad occupare le case dei residenti, tolgono lavoro agli Hotel (anche hotel storici, i quali hannno pagato la licenza, e pagano le tasse, tante tasse, gli airbnb sono regolarizzati ? denunciano le presenze ? pagano la tassa di soggiorno ? pagano le tasse ? quante tasse pagano ?).
    Poi chi usa gli airbnb normalmente non va a pranzare/cenare nei ristoranti, moltissimi cucinano a casa, perciรฒ fanno moltissima presenza in cittร  senza spendere nei ristoranti come normalmente spende un cliente che sceglie a passare le sue vacanze in Hotel).

    9. Dicono che gli airbnb sono meno cari, NON รˆ VERO, costano tantissimo, in alcuni posti anche piรน di un hotel di 3/4 stelle.

    Se tutto questo va bene alla cultura e alla tradizione Italiana, va bene.

    Ma la gente non ha casa, sta vivendo fuori, e sono i vostri connazionali, chi ha lavorato per sempre da sempre per la cittร  dove abita e che adesso si trova di fronte alla decisione di andare via, o dormire in auto o sotto i ponti.
    RIFLETTETE, gli airbnb stanno distruggendo vite umane.
    Guardatevi intorno dopo le h 21 di sera quanta gente dorme fuori, vi garantisco che il 90% non lo fa per scelta !!!
