A fantastic property that would make a brilliant investment property due to it being split into two properties. The town is very popular with foreign buyers and enjoys good transport links including a train station.
The property is in excellent condition and will be sold with the furniture in place.

  1. I would love to know more about this but my emails don't get any responses for some reason ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  2. There are two genders. Since there always has been and always will be, the pink and blue notifications will always be true and valid.
    Great house as always.
    Thank you for showing us!

  3. Not impressed. Those mts look like hills. Real mts look like Mt Blanc, Mt Everest. The Alps etc.
But a cute quiet town. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  4. I've watched and loved your videos for quite some time, but thought about something today that I don't remember hearing about in your videos. Are there police stations in these towns that you feature? Wish I could move to Italy, but the financial resident requirements are too high for me, ugh!

  5. Beautiful property and great location. That mattress in the 1st floor apartment has seen better days๐Ÿ˜‚

  6. Would it be possible to take the stairs and upper apartment back to the stone? Would that be a massive job?

  7. Hi Dave, I sent you a message via your website contacts over a week ago. Please respond with your services pricing sheet. Again, Iโ€™ll be in the area during early January for a couple weeks! Iโ€™m in dual-citizenship process and now need residency and Code Fiscale = help! ๐Ÿ˜… My family come from Ateleta, Abruzzo! Love this property! Looking forward to hearing back from you! ๐Ÿ™Œ ๐Ÿ  ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น Cheers!

  8. The cantina or taverna area is always my favorite area. Ideally, this area should have an old, large fireplace, bread oven and wine area. I would live down there.

  9. You could put a really cozy restaurant down there if the code isnโ€™t too strict.
Nice, clean and tidy. Cut half the furniture out and go back with a minimalist eye. The Kitchen needs an island.
    Pretty place.

  10. The lower floor apartment is the perfect size for me to live in. The cellar, magnificent I would turn that or part of it into a jewelry workshop and craft room. Now if only I could get a visa to live in Italy it would be worth investigating renting the upstairs out as a long term rental.

  11. Wondetful! I guess its very hot on the top floor under the roof. Would have to install air conditioning. And blinds on those skylight windows.

  12. Dave, awesome video! Watched now several times, and yes, let us know the details of how to go about making this deal work.

  13. I just had an unrelated idea. What if you had guests who stayed in the apartment for a week and they completely ignored you the entire time claiming they were too busy to do anything with you and were out running around the whole time? ๐Ÿค”

  14. I guess no eartquake protection, & people leaving the villages, hence the cheap prices for these houses?

  15. I love Raiano! The people are very nice and there is a market on the Piazza, 2 times a week.
Just around the corner from this beautiful house. The one on sunday is really nice and a place to meet people. In case you don`t speak italian, you can meet american-italians who live there, that is what happened to me. There is a bakery on the piazza, a nice old school bakery.

  16. I really enjoy your videos and am confused about which properties are still available. Which comes first buying a house or residence visa. Iโ€™m a 50 year real estate broker and am looking for a property, maybe not for permanent residency as I am turning 80 in February 2024 but to spend as much time as a visa dictates and perhaps share with my grown children and rent part of year. I conducted Culinary tours fit 30 years, mostly to Tuscany. Last year my son and daughter spent 3 months in Rome๐Ÿท๐Ÿท, Tuscany and ortigia.

  17. Good video, brother, but what in tarnation do you mean itโ€™s not politically correct for a pink bow for a new born daughter?

  18. Crazy good price on this property! Can't believe you get a separate updated apartment along with the updated main home. And then there is the cantina with all sorts of possibilities. Love the location with stunning views! Someone is going to enjoy this one. Best Wishes! ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๐Ÿ’œ

  19. A really nice property particularly for the money.
As a lifelong non-driver this would be perfect for pedestrian access, or even a bike or scooter, to get to everything one could want or need from the sounds of it.
I could never share my personal space, but I have a dear friend who would happily occupy the separate apt. and give us both the best of all worlds in our now retirement years.
Always enjoy your videos and this is no exception… thanks.

  20. You always make it sound as easy as pie to add a shower in a bath. I should think doing plumbing in a stone building would be a nightmare. You'd have to jackhammer it out. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…
Funny you should say "pram." I used that term once in San Diego, California, and people looked at me like I were daft. They had no idea what it was. They harassed me about it when I told them. I thought they were going to pelt me with things. Bloody yanks! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚
I'm German and Italian, born in Germany, but my adoptive mother here was English.
    A presto ciao. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

  21. Not a single "STONING", but a plenty of "incredible". How could I believe you really liked the property yourself?

  22. Iโ€™d buy a full size refrigerator and I like weโ€™re the washer is. Iโ€™d buy a dryer to stack on top. So weโ€™re my old knees canโ€™t make it up stairs, you have a full service apartment. Love it

  23. The small apartment in this building is exactly what I would like to find to purchase when I retire in a few years! Very nice indeed.
