Today we go to the beautiful island of Sardinia (Sardegna) to make fregula pasta with clams, garlic basic and fresh cherry tomatoes. The flavors and colors are distinctively Italian. You must try this tasty dish!

Shopping List:
1 kg clams (1 chil’e cocciula)
¼ cup olive oil (60 ml de oll’e olìa)
3 garlic cloves (3 tìtulas de allu)
1 cup tomato sauce or tomatoes (250 ml de bagna o tomatas)
100g fregula
1 bunch basil (Una parigh’e folas de affabica)
Salt to taste (sali)
Optional: Add mussels, shrimps and white wine too!
