Beautiful house with a great price. Thanks for sharing, and doing your usual great job. On a sidenote, our pack of dogs decreased by one last Thursday as we had to put down our 15-20 year old female Vizsla Babe Diedrickson, due to cognitive issues and just not doing well.

Yeah but as I know buying a house from 1957, an initial walk through doesn't tell you everything. You can't see everything. There might be mice that eaten into the insulation and you won't know that. Or old plumbing. Possibility there might want to be a bit of updating, it's inevitable. I don't know anything about this market, obviously it's for vacationers, you could buy it and rent it out in seasons probably if you didn't live in it full time, but be wary, it's an old house in Italy.

I know that this is a property that would be may be a final destination Nick but I am completely dumbstruck now I say this because I’ve been living in the bay area California San Francisco Marin county we just sold a 1400 square-foot bungalow for almost $1 million in San Rafael you’re telling me that house is under 400,000 to live in Italy I am completely shocked I know it’s not one of the main cities but it’s living a life that only San Franciscans dream. Oh my gosh, thank you again for sharing.
Interesting old house!
Very closed in floor plan, narrow hallways, extremely tacky flooring, lumpy wall plaster, nice upstairs terrace, paint is in extremely poor condition, not much of garden.
