Notes: Hand-picked grapes from vines which are less than 20 years old. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at 15°C. This wine has aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks followed by a minimum of 2 months in bottle. It brings floral aromas along with pear, peach and fresh almond flecked by a touch of honey and mineral notes. This wine pairs well with pasta dishes with eggs and vegetables.
