I’m new to pasta. When I made some dough yesterday, I had a lot of trouble rolling it out, then I realized my mother’s old juicer might have a pasta attachment. The best pasta I’ve ever had!

    I made it with half a dozen egg yellows, a table spoon olive oil, and 200g cake flour. It was very dry and hard to work with.

    Pasta look great – but why not finish them in the sauce instead of just dumping sauce on top of naked noodles?
