No offense Josh, but you always and I hate to use absolutes. You always close your eyes and say “whoa ok” but Ollie is open minded and not fearful of offensive comment. His opinion seems genuine. He seems to taste the food and continually asses his true opinion. I’m sorry Josh but I would completely base my dining experience based on Ollie’s experience. in China, we have hundreds of different dishes from different regions, there's 90% of Chinese food you haven't tried yet.
