  1. if you make like a big batch should you boiled it first then stored it or should you stored it as it is like the gnocchi hvnt been boiled?

    I have not retried to make gnocchi since screwing it up years ago when I believe it was Christmas time and I was liquored up and wild eyed.

    Time to right a wrong and try these again soon having seen this vid!!

  4. Boiled or steamed flour is vile. Gnocchi fried like this is the only way to go. 😋😋😋
