I love Lidia and her fantastic recipes. But this is TOO MUCH SALT! Panchetta is already very high in sodium, and yet Lidia keeps adding more and more. It’s unhealthy. Surely Lidia can show us her best recipes that are delicious AND healthy.

Can u Use Alfredo sauce in place of Tomato sauce , The tomatoes have too much Acid makes Calcium in my joints. Causing Gout. Like using Avocado oil 500”in place of Olive oil it burns at a higher Temperature than Olive oil
