Erminia Pedata, aka “Ermy”, is a language coach (certified by Efficient Language Coaching and accredited by the International Coaching Federation) who helps lifelong learners with a free spirit learn the language they love and travel the world.

Born in the Italian city of Naples, Ermy speaks English, Spanish and French in addition to her native tongue, Italian. She has been helping dozens of other learners all around the world to unleash their truest learning potential and become fluent in these languages too.

From training to becoming a cartoonist at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics in Rome, to receiving a full honours degree in English and Spanish from the University l’Orientale in Naples and a Masters degree in Translation, Writing an Cultural Difference from the University of Warwick (UK), she then gained her teaching qualification (PGCE) from the University of East Anglia in 2014.

Finally, in 2017, while looking for a way to help her learners make more efficient and faster progress, Ermy started studying Neurolanguage coaching®. By having a holistic approach to teaching, which joins languages, neuroscience and coaching principles, Ermy creates and teaches language classes that go beyond just learning a language and gives people a unique learning experience.

She’s been featured on a variety of websites and blogs including: Parrot time, Jonathan’s Huggins International, the Joy of Languages and Fluent in 3 Months.

Currently Ermy lives in the pretty city of Chester in the UK and, she often travels back to Italy to visit her family when she’s not busy travelling somewhere else or dancing salsa!
