Sometimes a coffee goes a long way, especially here in Italy. Don’t feel obliged in any way though, best of all would be to come to Tuscany and have one here with me!

Eighteen tons and what-ya get ? Another day older and deeper in debt! ???? Isn’t that an old Tennessee Ernie Ford song . Great video , as always 😊
Great progress over the summer! Take care of yourself! Looking forward to your next video….
✨🌞✨
Nice work, stay well.
Great, another task scratched off the list. Is not the first time you got the quantities wrong, is better to aim high by 30% and reach an understanding with the store to return leftover unused closed bags, instead of doing stuff on two different occasions. The water addedd to the cement does not increase it's volume, for some weird chemical property. The steel reinforcement was greatly exaggerated, anti-seismic type. 😁 Anyway, things are moving nicely!
👏🌟👍🍀💐
Excellent progress, stay positive and keep going, thanks 🎉🎉
Great progress this summer. Lots of hot backbreaking work, I know but you have really done SO much. You should be proud. I loved seeing the roses climbing behind the cement mixer. What's with all the traffic in Italy? And the last shot of the mountains by your home are magnificent. Thanks for all you do. Xo
The floor will be excellent
❤fantastic work very nice to see
Hello !! I just can't tell you, how proud I am of you !! Been watching you for a long time ! Love your videos ❤
A Herculean task indeed! Bravo!
👏👏👏
You are young, you shall overcome everything. The overlook of the mountains from the window is enthralling.🤩🤩🤩
I know that this is primarily your Italian villa renovation but as an Aussie having been to Innsbruck once it would be great to see more of the area.
Well done see you in the next one 👍🤗🍻
Love Sue ❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
Before pouring concrete on dirt you really need to "water it down". Otherwise it will such the moisture out of the closest concret and it will not create a good bond.
Having worked with a cement mixer this summer you’ve done a good job, I made foundations for a wall and we mixed gravel in with it to make it go a lot further, but I guess not as smooth for a floor as what you’ve done
I hope with all the work you are doing that one day you will get to enjoy it!! Please do not kill yourself in the process! Yes, I’m speaking from experience!!
You are from Austria?
This is only the 2nd of your videos I have seen, and I found very few others to watch.
Congratulations on your new child. I did not hear you say if it is a boy or girl.
I was born in Germany of a German mother and sent over here to America when I was 7 years old.
I never knew my father but recently found I am almost a third Greek Italian (southern Italian), so that means my father was Italian (American?).
I watch a lot of youtubers showing houses for sale there.
What a beautiful land.
Can't wait to see the kitchen, Enjoy watching all your videos, Going to be Beautiful!
Spent my youth around concrete in the summers, it was my fathers occupation in the states. Have built a home in the next country over and I was appalled at the fact that they do not use a curing compound on top of the concrete after it receives its finish. This allows a controlled release of moisture as the concrete cures eliminating the need to water the surface. Watering the surface actually weakens the surface leading up to flaking off the top layers let alone changing the strength of the overall slab that one pours. Ready mix is nice and convenient for extremely small projects but why haven’t the Southern Europeans come up with a two cubic meter concrete truck that fits on a Sprinter or Mitsubishi chassis? It can get through the very narrow roads we have in the villages in the southern Mediterranean countries.
Wow! I salute you for your patience and endurance in this small project! BRAVO!
BTW May early experience in construction lead me to a degree in Architecture many years ago, not my occupation today but still a passion that I carry with me. Still keep up with new tech in the building industry, too bad they are still stuck in technology that is over several hundred years old here in the South of the EU.
Too much talking and not enough action for me.
You could have left more of that sandy stuff that was there before on the floor. Would have spared you quite a few bags of cement
I've been watching your progress for the past few weeks and am mightily impressed. I enjoy your videos very much. Push on! Looking forward to more. Fritz
I've now officially caught up on all 130 of your videos (admittedly i did skip the golf video i'm not a car man). I've loved watching the progress you've made with your renovation. We hope to do this in Tuscany in the next 5-10 years and I cannot wait. Keep it up!
So glad that you put that hat on at 18:00. It looks pretty darn hot.
Oh what an amazing view that you have.
