Hi Gabriel, it was really crazy that we met you in some small town in Sicily. Thank you so much for the great travel recommendations! I can't wait to visit these incredible places on my trip to India. I'll make sure to let you know how my adventure goes.
The guy in the white t-shirt! 😄🌍
A plan to explore the Italian roots sounds very interesting. Perhaps some research on the family history in the local archives, visiting remote relatives …
Wow Gabriel ! Thank you for sharing your very personal family history of your ancestry ..so now I seem to understand why you are an adventure traveller and a globe trotter it is in your family DNA starting with your great grandfather and for whom I have great admiration and respect …and Congratulations ! By the way the little I know and I also shared this information with my elementary school students …Christopher Columbus was himself an Italian…
The name of the cheese is burrata.
Shared, loved your interaction with people fellow travelers.
The hanging laundry thing is also common in Greece. Sicily used to be called Magna Grecia. There you go. A lot of people from Sicily are actually Greeks.
It feels like every street has a story, every meal is an epic saga, and every conversation might requires hand gestures just to fit in lol. Kidding aside, it's so good when you met people who watched your videos, isn it? I would love to have that kind of long conversation when I met someone who watched my TV show, too.
Wowwww One of my Dream Travel Destinations in Europe Beautiful Italy,

Burrata!
Don’t overlook the value of including moments of human connection, the elements that provide true cultural framework and heart in every community.
I absolutely loved our visit to Ellis island! So interesting to learn all of that history and imagine what it was like. Awesome you find your great grandfather’s records! Thanks for the tour in Sicily !
Woohoo!! SICILY!! I am super excited you decided to travel there. As a young child in 1904, my grand mother moved to the USA from Sicily. She's listed in the Ellis Island Registry as well. I have never been to Sicily but I will be going there in late October and so happy you are there and posting vids! God bless you and safe travels always!! 28:15 It's a burrata (mozzarella filled with cream).
PS: USA still welcomes people if they enter our country the same, legal and safe way as they did in our ancestors' day/Ellis Island. PPS: You're famous , posing for photos and soon will be signing autographs.
Have you thought about pursuing Italian citizenship? You might be eligible from your Great Grandfather… easier European travel with an EU passport.
Great video Gabriel. It looks very interesting to roam around, but how on earth do babies sleep through all that racket of the bells?! 😬

I'm sure he's perfectly fine. 😵💫
Gabriel, roughly how many flights do you think you have had this year? I've just realised that I've flown 15 times this year already and about to take another to Japan, I've been traveling everywhere but I'm slightly concerned about radiation.. do you ever think about this?
Sardinia is amazing! Apart from the incredible coastline of wild beaches and grottos, there are amazing interior caves to explore (Su Mannau), a grand canyon (Gola di Gorropu) to hike, ancient cork tree forests and thousands of Bronze Age nuraghes to discover.
That round Patti was buffalo cheese
It is called Sicily because the Italians won the war against the Assassins and had fun in that place, and the place was named Sicily, which in Georgian means fun, laughter. That is truth
Awesome… next is Calabria??
