#L’Oreal Golden Age Glow Re-Activating Essence does it work? #Amazingly50 pre-review and alternatives to save money.
Hello my friends,
I have been given some L’Oreal Paris Age Perfect Golden Age Glow Re-Activating Essence by my lovely mum who’s an impulse buyer and who didn’t like it.
I’m going to try it but I’m not so keen on the perfume. I also make my own hyaluronic acid serum which is much better.

I make my own product using the powder mixed into distilled water and with a drop or two of lavender essential oil.
You need the high molecular weight type of powder as it is safer than the low molecular weight which can actually act as an inflammatory.
Just mix half a teaspoon with a quarter of a cup of distilled water. You can add a quarter of a teaspoon of glycerine if you want to but it’s not necessary. I don’t use preservatives in my recipes because I’d rather make a small batch regularly than use preservatives on my skin. Add your essential oil, just a little for a delicate scent. Lavender is great. Don’t use any essential oils that irritate the skin. Be careful though. If you live in a hot, dry climate, hyaluronic acid of any form may draw moisture from your skin. Oh by the way, you need to let your hyaluronic acid stand for about half an hour to thicken up ready for use.
