While I already have a ravioli press I love and use for making ravioli my parents gifted me the kitchen aid ravioli attachment for my birthday. Because they were so excited about it I hated to tell them I wasn’t interested and decided to try it out and realized that it makes the perfect kid sized raviolis. I’m so excited that I can now make raviolis just the right size for my niece and nephews instead of making theirs using my giant mold I use to make everyone else’s in the family who’re all adults. There’s definitely a learning curve and wastage of dough involved, but overall it actually works a lot better than I was expecting it would, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy.

That’s so sweet 🙂
Have fun with your family making pasta, I would keep the ravioli tray close by. I have found the kitchen aid roller thing more of a hassle than it’s worth.
I love bite-sized ravioli! I like putting them in my mouth and squishing them like a grape tomato. Good idea and I hope the kids got to see you using the roller 🙂
