Storm Daniel causes deadly floods in Libya

At least 150 people have died and thousands are missing after Storm Daniel, which killed a dozen people in Europe last week, hit eastern Libya over the weekend.

Authorities declared a state of extreme emergency, closing schools and stores and imposing a curfew. Footage on social media shows heavily flooded roads and homes inundated with water. Search and rescue operations were ongoing, witnesses said.

    As of now. More than 5000 people have been presumed dead with 10,000 still missing. Families are still praying that they might see the bodies of their loved ones but, theres a possibility that they have been swept out to the sea due to heavy floods. Pray for lIbya4
