hello!! welcome to (or back to) my channel!
I used to make what I eat in a day videos all the time when I first started my channel (though I’ve taken them all down now cause they were too cringe hahah)
here are the recipes from the video:
smoothie:
– frozen banana
– frozen mango
– pink dragonfruit/ pitaya
– coconut water
I don’t have any specific measurements of how much to put of each I just kinda wing it
dinner:
trader joe’s falafel mix (I just followed the instruction on the packet) + some quinoa, avocado, tomato, cucumber, spinach & beetroot hummus, and some regular hummus drizzled on top 🙂
