Ingredients:
300 g radicchio, sliced
200 g brie, sliced
8 walnuts, chopped
20 g raisins, washed
1 tbl honey
2 tbls balsamic vinegar
1 tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 pie crust, uncooked

Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 180 Celsius.
2. Heat olive oil with honey and balsamic vinegar in a sauté pan. Then add radicchio and stir. Lastly, add raisins and walnuts and stir more.
3. Put radicchio mixture from skillet into the pie crust and top with the brie slices.
4. Bake for 40 min or until pie crust is golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve and enjoy with a glass of Richenza.
