I kid you not, @Jamie Oliver, you’re the first person I heard about an aubergine! I had to look it up and realized it’s eggplants! 😂 I love to learn more recipes about aubergines! Bring it on! They’re one of my favourites!

We here in Pakistan use this Smokey aubergine pulp in a curry made in clarified butter and it’s heaven!!!!
