  1. Paddy should try Bagna Cauda. It's an anchovy, garlic, and olive oil dip. It's soooo good. Maybe try puttanesca too. These are just two anchovy dishes that may make him change his mind about the little 🐟.

  2. I'd like to apologize for the split second when I missed the thumbs up, and hit thumbs down button. It was an accident!

  3. There are specific ingredients to a traditional Bruschetta: Toasted bread, Tomato, Garlic, Basil, Balsamic, Olive oil, Prosciutto and Mozzarella. That's it!

  4. I like to add some smoked mozzarella and maybe some pancetta to my bruschetta – e molto delicioso!

  5. Justine is so pretty. And Grainne. And Sarah.
The TRY channel is wonderful for the beautiful women on it. I have this urge to emigrate.

  6. I still wonder what the Italians did before the tomato was brought from the "New World"

  7. I grew up with my grandma making bruschetta. We had the tomato, the pesto, and my favorite. A ricotta cheese and a mixed berry compote. It was delightful

  8. If you don't have the Italian bred perfectly roasted plus the raw garlic just rubbed on the slice of toasted bread, the real Italian olive oil, the real Italian tomatoes and the Sicilian origano or the fresh basil you are just wasting time or faking a very simple food that can't be eaten outside Italy

  9. How the heck is Patty from an actual Island but does not like fish. Dude you are literally surrounded by those little bastards, you should eat them.

  10. I didn't think I'd ever be a fan of anchovies until I had a Caesar salad at a really nice restaurant with fresh anchovy on it. It was incredible.

  11. The Italian language has no soft C. /bru-SHET-uh/ is more like a French word but /bru-SKET-uh/ is an Italian one.

WTF is Rocket doing on a Bruschetta? It's a waste of time with anything aside from fresh basil.

Also better and easier to eat is Panzanella which is a salad made from the exact same ingredients (toast, tomato, basil, oil, a bit of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper but its a salad and they chop up the toast and combine with everything. It's best if you let the tomato liquid soaks into the bread a bit, so it's still crunchy but also soft.

It's also best made it mid to late summer with heirloom tomatoes that are farmed for flavor rather than market survivability, like all modern produce.

  12. For some reason im oddly ….( Not to be a perve, but its going to come off that way) attracted to all the women on this channel…??? I love to watch you guys and am wondering if you will do a truth or dare episode so we as viewers know the nitty gritty about love affairs and buisness parties where who hooked up with who and what not???? Maybe? Personal lives not our buisness, but it would be a good video if anyone wanted to tell or share feelings about other try partners.

  13. It's reassuring to see Irish version of Italian accent's is pretty much the same as here in the US

  14. Arugula tastes like armpit. 😆 Not a fan of it either. To me it smells like skunk.😵‍💫

  15. I am binging on your channel since I found it. Can we enter a lottery to come taste? Craig, Maryland, USA. Love you all!!!!!!!!!

  16. Don't like spice. I'll pass on the Calabrian one. But otherwise YUM!
You CAN go wrong with pesto. China is now the largest producer of pine nuts, and their pine nuts have this terrible aftertaste. Making pesto with them is rank.

  17. IMO the best bruschetta has tomatoes, basil, balsamic, and olive oil. I'm not sure I've ever had it without balsamic, and I can definitely see that being a bit… boring.
