This was a Trafalgar Bus Tour from Oct 8 thru 21, 2016 departing from Toronto Canada. We flew Air Atalia from Toronto Pearson airport to Rome Italy with stops in Rome, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Assisi, Venice, Milan, Lake Como, Pisa, Siena, Florence and back to Rome for our return flight.
The weather was very good; only a couple of ‘soft’ days and high temperatures hovering around 20 Celcius – quite comfortable.
Our trip lasted 13 days. Danilo was our excellent tour director and Roberto was our bus driver and both were “fantastico”.
Great tour; highly recommended! I lost 10 pounds on our China trip but probably gained 10 pounds on this one! The Italians eat very well and I am guessing the gelato we had each and every day helped.
