  1. I use a kiwi in my carne asada marinade for the last 30 minutes or so. The enzymes are a natural meat tenderizer and it tastes great.

  5. We cook our meat longer and it's called a torta where I come from Taco trucks usually sell em but we don't add the bs. Yes you can add fries as well. You get an e for effort bud.

  8. Sam, you need to make a good Taco Casserole. I have my own recipe but I'd like to see what you come up with. Mine has the regular ingredients and topped with Pico de Gallo, sour cream, cilantro and whatever else I have in the fridge.

  9. Sorry, but it’s a pet peeve. It’s not a Pasilla, it’s a Poblano. A Pasilla is a completely different pepper. Unfortunately many markets label it as a Pasilla, but it’s NOT a Pasilla, it’s a POBLANO.
