This was my first time making pasta and I used semolina flour and water. I used a pasta roller and I thought the texture was pretty good but the length of the noodles was very inconsistent. The pesto was made with standard pesto ingredients in a food processor and I mixed in with the pasta using leftover cooking water. I topped it with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano but I don’t have a picture.
