WOW WEE! This Italian Property tour is an old school in Tuscany which has been converted into 5 apartments and would make a wonderful BnB or secret boutique hotel. It’s got style and the price is amazing.

Come with me as I explore this extremely interesting Italian Property For Sale in Tuscany.

Nice Tuscan and Umbrian views. 30 minutes to Cortona, lots of great local Italian restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

It does need a little bit of work but in my humble opinion it’s a bargain.

Asking Price: 450,000 Euros.

  1. This is so fantastic! I love all the rooms, the colors, ( except green bathroom) and as you say Nick, it just needs a little work. I about fell off the couch when I heard the price!
This one will sell quickly. I love it.
    Free parking too. Wow.

  2. What a remarkable property. I would be tempted if I had any talent for running a B&B, but as it stands it's way more space than I need. Still, it's a bargain for what you get. And, you're absolutely spot on about the rooms being a well-proportioned.

  3. Interesting building withz so much history. I personally struggle a bit with the colorfulness, this is really not my cup of tea.. But the price is hot, really hot. I also feel that it will sell quickly.
Thx for this tour again and congrats für 100k subscribers, you have deserved them, Nick.
Stay safe and Greetings from Southern Tuscany

  4. Interesting property. A B&B would work well. The bold colors are a bit much for me personally, but that aside each room has it's charm. They are unique. Many possibilities for sure. The price now that was a surprise. Now that property will be snatched up in no time. Congratulations on the 100k. You deserve all the praise you get.

  5. I opened this Saturday’s offering and I see it says 100.000. Look at you with an all grown up site. ❤️🇨🇦

  6. Luv it, except the bathroom 😅 those are too much, but easily enough to paint, amazing price and a great opportunity 🫶

  7. As an artist, I'm all for expressing one's self through color, BUT you need to exercise restraint when the colors chosen in the loo make you resemble a reanimated corpse from 1983.

  8. Such a fun funky and classical style, Beautiful. I love it. Just great. What a find.

  9. I was surprised that you called these 'apartments' when they had no kitchen. How could anyone rent an apartment without a kitchen or at least a kitchenette? It could totally work as a B&B but not an AirBNB. In an AirBNB, you have the capabilities to cook, even if it's a small kitchenette. Very interesting decor. 😜😜

  10. whenever i see these properties, i feel summer and living in an Italian film

  11. I like this property, and especially at that price! I think the bedrooms are nice. The owner invested some money in just the painting. As for the bathrooms, I'm not a fan. I would brighten them and add some tile. The kitchen/dining area also needs some tinkering. Nick, congrats on the 100k milestone! It is truly well-deserved. The variety of properties that you've shown far surpasses many of the other channels. Your sense of humor, historical perspective, and overall enthusiasm warrant many more subscribers. Complimenti e grazie mille!

  12. As a retired decorative painter, I say "bravo" to the gorgeous paint details on those walls. Fantastic colors and stenciling!!

  13. Wow Nick, you never disappoint. What a fabulous place. It has bags of potential and the price is fantastic. Keep on finding these great properties . I always love watching your videos along with my dog Oscar here in New Forest England. X

  14. wowo a dream come true property. Id turn it around to make it a boutique Bed and breakfast for sure. The studio Id make the main reception area for sure for arrivals and with the right seating perfect for departing guests too. Id want to turn the stairs into a lift area if planning permission was given. It's incredible, beautiful setting and amazing potential. congratulations on your 100, 00 k subscribers well done your hard work has paid off. I adore this place. Thank you for this inspiring tour.

  16. Nick Ferrand and his channel dedicated to One Take Italian Property Tours is right to have us informed that this house has not just received a new roof/roofing, with a complete rehaul of the wall treatments, using water-proofing paint treatments, which suggests that the repairs where needed, in fact the steel beams, further indicate that the previous were made aware that the thick stone walls required structural reinforcements, which were installed at both floors, exactly at the same part of this house. A structural engineer inspection may remain prudent prior to acquisition.
