Ingredients
(This recipe was 20 net carbs total and it can be 2 to 4 servings)
1lbs of Boneless skinless chicken tenders
2 bags of shirataki noodles (Spaghetti)
Olive Garden dressing (Walmart)
Extra-virgin olive oil
Pink salt&pepper
Italian seasoning
How to make
Start by preheating the oven to 400 then start to cook your chicken breast and 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, heavily pink salt, light on the pepper and light on the eye talion seasoning cover and turn on a medium heat, then start to rinse your noodles under cold water for at least 3 to 4 minutes and use a kitchen scissors if need be to cut your noodles just makes it easier to eat them since they come so long. Then go and and flip your chicken And cook the other side adding more heavily pink salt light on the pepper light on that Italian seasoning, then Cut up your chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside. Now take your noodles drained noodles and pour into a large bowl add the cooked chicken And again add more pink salt pepper and I tell you and seasoning mix well then pour into a oven safe dish add Parmesan cheese on the top and put into the oven for 15 minutes when it’s done then take it out let sit for 3 to 5 minutes And then dish up, you also can add more Parmesan at this time.
