Discalimer: this video is based off my personal experience growing up in Italy and different parts of Italy may have different breakfast traditions 🙂 feel free to correct me if I said something wrong!

Update on my life:
I’m sorry I was gone for a while but I’ve been working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes! 😣
I just got back from my nonna’s house so I’m working on that video as well, but I want to wait for the recipe book to be ready to post it 🥰
My boyfriend and I will be leaving for our year in Italy in about 3 months and I’M SO EXCITED AND NERVOUSSS 😄

[About Me]
Hi my name is Rosie, I’m 25 and my life is a bit confusing so i’m writing this lol.
To make it easy:
– I was born in Northern Italy, in the region of Veneto
– My whole family still lives there (mom, dad and my little sister Marty)
– I moved to Toronto, Canada, at 19 all alone to ✨find myself✨ (spoiler: it didn’t work, i got more lost if anything)
So, I live half my life in Italy and half my life in Canada.
Also, my mom is from Moldova (country in Eastern Europe) and my dad is from Calabria (region in Southern Italy) and both my grandmas still live there. So you’ll occasionally see me going there as well.
I hope this clears things up a bit.. or maybe makes them more confusing lol.
I don’t know, i tried 😄

  2. Girl I love this documentary/run through of making delicious foods and learning the italian way of doing it. But pleaseeeee give us some of your daily vlogs too. Don't worry about being too perfect all the time!! I really enjoy your content when you do you

  3. Thanks for sharing this video with us. We’re learning so much more about your home country and overall Italian cultures and traditions.

  4. These videos are always a treasure. I’d love to see more what I eat I a days as we love the summer videos with nonna 😍

  5. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! can you make one of you speaking only italian? that would be a great practice for us to learn the language

  6. Love this kind of local lifestyle series! Thank you for sharing, everything looks so delicious.😊

  7. I love Italian culture but if I had a cookie for breakfast my blood sugar would plummet making me feel exhausted a few hours after.

  8. i have question. Some of my friends even italian friends would find it strange to order cappuccino for breakfast they even told me cappuccino only for lunchtime. So i don’t know if this true?

  9. I understand you are experimenting and trying out a style that you always wanted to do. The video looks nice but I miss your sptaneous, lively vlogs. This feels somewhat inauthentic

  10. The kinder brioss is my personal favorite. I wish America carried it in stores!!

  11. I wish you would have included a breakfast cake as well. I have to say as a person who doesn't really care for cake ( in Canada) I loved all the different breakfast cakes we were served in Italy. They were amazing- along with the wonderful coffee. Don't get me wrong – we loved all the pastries as well, especially the the rice ones. Italians make the best breakfast breakfasts!!

  12. Thank you for your efforts and enlightenment! I really enjoyed this video. It was no surprise there as I'm a big fan ❤ I certainly know more about Italian breakfast options now and several completely unknown things like barley and ginseng coffee options! The quality, pace, locations, music, and your narration were wonderful!

  13. In Poland we eat eggs, sometimes with onion, tomatoes and sausage. We can also eat sausages with ketpchup or mustard plus fresh bread with butter. Additionally some fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, slices of cheese for the bread. Cottage cheese with a roll (bułka if you want to check it out) is also a go-to breakfast 😉
