I found this old pasta maker but the lever is missing? Is there anyway I can still operate it? I have a photo of the same model below.

   You’ll need something to move things. Not sure about this brand but most of these machines are made by a company called Marcato, even if branded otherwise. If you’re able to test one of their levers and it fits then it’s an easy replacement part to get hold of.

   You can find one on Amazon. Had the same issue. Searched for pasta machine crank and the first one I ordered fit fine.
