It also a govermenthal advice, You should should use Your body enough. That can be done in so many ways. I walk to the harbour nearbye often and has gardening in the summertime. My house has first floor.
So money is no excuse. and we grow some of the vegatables Ourself. We take expensive water by the garage roof too.

I have now been on Ozempic for almost 2 months and it feels like I am starving to death from the combination of IBS and Ozempic!! I have only found 1 thing that I can eat a very small amount of and that is Egg & Cheese on an English muffin. I try to eat 2 a day and that is very difficult as after 2 months I have been sick for most of the time with Sulphur Belly! My recommendation to anyone considering going on Ozempic is this: " If you have IBS or any significant Digestion problems DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICATION!!". If you do, you're in for a nightmare!! With that said, it has significantly helped with my diabetes as I am always in the proper range with my Glucose levels now!!

I can no longer drink milk. I would start vomiting every time I had cereal, or just drank a glass of milk.
I got so sick I can’t even eat.. I’m vomiting, having stomach pain, I’m dizzy all I do is sleep and vomit.. I can’t function it’s like I have a stomach flu without diarrhea. I can’t eat eat breakfast, lunch or dinner for a day and a half now!! I’m having a headache as well. I couldn’t be a mom all day or cook. I had to order food.. 😔 I think I will stop because I’m very sick from my first injection a day ago.. All I’m thinking about is when this will wear off and when I will get back to normal. I will lose weight the natural way. 😔😭
Technically you can eat whatever you want. It’s very individual and it will depend on what foods make you feel the best while taking the drug. Over restriction of food is never okay everything in moderation
How long does it take for you to stop feeling hungry when you start ozempic? I’m on day 3 (0.25g) of taking it and I don’t feel any effect yet.
