I love how unique each of their paintings are!! Crockpot meals are a good idea on busy days. It’s difficult to manage kids activities, homework, sibling rivalry, holidays, and on and on but your timed event calendar on the fridge is helpful. Be sure to make time for self care too. I’m so happy you’re back on YouTube, you’ve been missed. P.S. Love, love your dog!!

If it is gout, you would need to cut back on alcohol. Eat more fish, eggs, "boonanas" and honey. Also drink some coffee. Sushi is your friend.
