pasta dough:
238g semolina
~100g cold water (eyeballed it mostly)
KA Press for extruding
sauce:
2tbsp butter
2-3 cloves garlic
2tbsp tomato paste
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
3/4 heavy whipping cream
1/4tsp italian seasoning
