Today we are sharing a review of the San Angel Inn Restaurante within the World Showcase Mexico Pavilion at Epcot. This restaurant is located inside the pyramid in the Mexico pavilion, modeled after ancient Mesoamerican pyramids and temples. When you enter the pyramid you are transported to evening to see a beautiful Mexican village.
San Angel Inn overlooks the indoor lagoon for the Gran Fiesta tour boat ride, and was inspired by the actual San Angel Inn in Mexico City. It has a beautiful backdrop a smoking volcano. San Angel Inn is open for lunch and dinner and is a popular table-service restaurant, so dining reservations are highly recommended. We had a reservation for dinner with friends, and tried a variety of their menu items to share with you today.

One of my favorite pavilion! Really like your t shirt! Great review!! I remember eating here 20 years ago, with my parents!! Good memories! First trip to WDW in 1992, and been a huge Disney fan ever since!

Mmm delicious Mexican! The food, the ambiance, the drinks are so good especially today cinco de mayo! Thats cool that you can get cava drinks prepared. That would be a special addition to eating there!

I was waiting for you to cover this restaurant! I’ve always wanted to go but with Epcot offering so many options we haven’t. Knowing I can order that avocado margarita there makes it so worth it even if we just get appetizer! The kid portions were nice too. Did it smell like water though from the ride?
